Ever hear of an AR-17 Shotgun?
Back in the 1960s, people thought aluminum was set to change the world. Decades later, Ian of Forgotten Weapons decides to review the aluminum AR-17 Shotgun.
Professional shooters like the legendary Robert Stack as pictured in the featured image were great fans of this shotgun. It only held 2 rounds of 12-gauge, 2.75-inch shells and was quite light over traditional, steel-receiver shotguns.
We’d like to thank Ian for sharing this unique and rare shotgun. It truly is a forgotten weapon.
